A Message from the Developer Glen Rowell
I have been working on the website for years now. It is kind of a circular economy project. My idea is to find people living in an area and then go out with them to visit local shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. This helps keep the shops, cafes and restaurants in business. Currently, I'm not making any money out of this site. I just pay for the server and URL by myself but I might end up putting a bit of advertising on the site one day. Mainly to cover these costs. But I want to keep if free for all the users though. If you would like to support the site in anyway or talk to me about something, please contact me through my account on this site or through the contact page.

You can send a smile to send an email to another user when logged in. There are currently 340 users. They will get a message that looks like the sample below. You can only send one smile until the other person replies though.

If you have any trouble a page refresh should usually fix everything or use the language selector to reset things.
Current bugs, problems or updates needed
The Meet Me search engine needs a few tweaks. At times the language may be wrong depending on the device you log on with. Please just use the language selectors to fix this. The system to change images needs an update. The video chat system needs an upgrade. The edit info page needs to be saved before you add new images. Some code for image sizes need to be changed when the lightbox pops up on the home screen. The CSS in certain areas needs improvement as well as the GUI.
Website Security
There is a brute force blocker, IP and email blocking feature, reporting system if people are bad, and this site is HTTPS which makes it a bit safer, etc. If you have any other good ideas please contact me anytime.
