The minimum wage goes up each year in October.

From October 4th, 2025, (Reiwa 7) 1,075 yen

It was 960 yen January to September 2024 (Reiwa 6).

It was 920 yen in 2023 (Reiwa 5).

There are also some special categories where it is a bit different. But this is for specialized jobs.
