A Message from the Developer Glen Rowell
This is kind of a circular economy project. My idea is to find people living in an area and then go out with them to visit local shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. This helps keep the shops, cafes and restaurants in business. Currently, I'm not making any money out of this site as it's just a hobby of mine. I'm paying for the server but the site might end up having a bit of advertising on it one day but I want to keep if free for users though. If you would like to support the site in anyway or talk to me about something please contact me through my account here or the contact page.

You can send a smile to send an email to another user when logged in. There are currently 307 users. They will get a message that looks like the sample below. You can only send one smile until the other person replies though.

If you have any trouble a page refresh should usually fix everything.
Current bugs, problems or updates needed
The Meetme Search Engine need a few tweaks. Japanese menus are still being translated. The chat doesn't have a close button. The main chat file doesn't load all the time. Images are not retina level. The CSS in certain areas needs improvement as well as the GUI.

Website Security
There is a brute force blocker, IP and email blocking feature, reporting system if people are bad, and this site is HTTPS which makes it a bit safer, etc. If you have any other good ideas please contact me anytime.
