Some parts of the shrine are closed during the winter.

Access: From JR Wakkanai Station, take the bus “Tenhoku Soya Misaki Line” for about 40 minutes and get off at Soya then walk for 5 minutes.
It’s about 35 minutes by car from JR Wakkanai Station.
