Bankei has gentle ski slopes and English instructors are available. It's the perfect place for kids and beginners. It's not usually that busy in December. There is one triple lift and four pair lifts. (A single lift at the base has been taken off the course map for the 2024-2025 season). Sapporo Bankei also features a 180m long half-pipe (230m including the approach and finish area) and claims it is one of the largest in Japan.
