Gluten Free Review: Total life saver! They only cook their steaks with salt and pepper. I showed the staff a little gluten free info card I have and the chef came out to tell us what was safe. In Japan, finding safe meats and protein has been tricky so knowing we could get a perfectly cooked simple steak is incredible. Just make sure you remind them for salt only (the garlic butter sauce they use has wheat).
