【ビンゴについて】

国際交流パーティで行われるビンゴは、受付で受け取ったビンゴカードに書かれているお題に「あてはまる」人を探して、見つけることができたら、その人の名前をマスに書きます。すると、沢山の人たちと交流することができます（笑）。この機会に、沢山のお友達を作りましょう！
※パーティに連続して参加いただいている方々には感謝申し上げます。特賞が過去２回のパーティに連続で当たった方におかれましては、３回目のパーティでは一等商品以外をゲットできるチャンスとなっています。どうぞ、ご理解くださるようお願いいたします。

【キャンセル料】

イベントへの参加登録をした後、イベントに来られなくなった場合は、キャンセルのメッセージを送る必要があります。イベントの終了時間（3月26日の午前3時）よりも前にキャンセルの連絡（E-mail）をした場合、キャンセル料は発生しません。参加登録後、メール連絡をせずに来られなかった場合は、200円のキャンセル料が発生します。受付担当者や賞品の数は、イベントの来場者数によって決まります。

It’s finally spring and we will be having a party on Saturday, March 25th @ 6:30pm! It’s a great way to meet new people and make new friends.

Talk with locals and people from overseas. Learn a new language, or brush up what you already know by playing a fun communication game for prizes in a casual party atmosphere.

★ You will need to bring a mask to enter this private party but you don’t have to wear it while you are drinking. We want everyone to be safe and that is why you will have to at least bring a mask. There will also be a maximum of around 60 to 90 people allowed to attend the party. Roughly 30 people per room (45 max). We are hoping for another safe but fun event.

The name of the people you talk to will be your bingo numbers. Bingo winners announced around 9pm and the music gets turned up after that.

The Bingo game at the international party is a form of Bingo in which names of those who gave positive answers or said “Yes.” to questions are written in the squares. Therefore, it is essential to talk with a lot of people, making it easy to make friends.

10pm The organizer finishes the paperwork for the event and there is a change over with the club owner. The entrance fee is different from about 9:30pm.

*The organizer will finish work at 10:30pm but participate as a regular guest from then.

《Cancellation Fee》

If you register to join an event, then can’t come to the event, you must send a message to cancel. If you do that before the end of the event will be no cancellation fee. If you register then don’t come there will be a 200 yen cancellation fee. The number of workers and prizes are based on the number of people coming to events.
