Interactive exhibits show the history of chocolates and explain how the cookies are made. You can also sign up for a course (from about ¥972) to decorate (and take home) your own creations.

  1. Hi, can you provide more information regarding the fats used in Shiroi Koibito products? Processed fats and oils (butter, vegetable oil, edible refined processed fats, milk, etc.). What is the composition of the edible refined processed fats? Thank you for your time.

    • I had to edit part of your question due to the content but added a link and a few pictures of the halal snacks they have. Hope that helps. According to Mr. Tomoyuki Mori, all of his products make use of halal ingredients. Meaning no alcohol or pork is used in the entire manufacturing process. You will need to call 011-666-1481 to check with the factory to see if current products have been halal certified though.

  2. Bought a box of chocolates this August, 2023.
    And found out they had expired. Check the dates before you buy anything here.
