With the themes of the Goshiharibetsu River, the clearest river in Japan, and Baron Imagane, the best baron potatoes in Japan, this festival is held to express gratitude for the Goshiharibetsu River and its bounty. The festival is held every year in mid-August at Demolen Square in Imagane-cho, Hokkaido.

Eat flowing somen noodles, join the fishing contest, the bingo tournament, a food eating contest, and other events here.
