1/27 (Sat) the party is from 6:30pm to 11pm, but you can stay till 3am* BYO Snacks/food if you like.

【INTERNATIONAL GUESTS】* WITHOUT DRINKS:

• ¥400 for International Guests that register but don’t want any drinks.
• ¥500 if you haven’t registered and you don’t want any drinks.

  ¥600 for International Guests that register on the website! One drink ticket included.
  ¥700 if you don’t register for the discount coupon. This fee includes 1 drink ticket.

• Get one drink up to 600 yen when you pay 500 yen for extra drink tickets. The 500 yen covers the cost of one drink (up to 600 yen in value) and door staff/cleaning.

(18:30〜21:00:フリートークタイム・ビンゴ（交流した人の名前がビンゴのナンバーになります♪） / 21:00〜翌日3:00:DJタイム)

【ビンゴについて】
国際交流パーティで行われるビンゴは、受付で受け取ったビンゴカードに書かれているお題に「あてはまる」人を探して、見つけることができたら、その人の名前をマスに書きます。それを繰り返すと、沢山の人たちと交流することができますよ（笑）。この機会に、沢山のお友達を作りましょう！
※パーティに連続して参加いただいている方々には感謝申し上げます。特賞が過去２回のパーティに連続で当たった方におかれましては、３回目のパーティでは一等商品以外をゲットできるチャンスとなっています。どうぞ、ご理解くださるようお願いいたします。

【参加費】
参加費は、当日￥2,500/予約￥2,000
*料金に2ドリンクが含まれています。
【キャンセル料】
イベントへの参加登録をした後、イベントに来られなくなった場合は、キャンセルのメッセージを送る必要があります。イベントの終了時間（1月28日の午前3時）よりも前にキャンセルの連絡（E-mail）をした場合、キャンセル料は発生しません。参加登録後、メール連絡をせずに来られなかった場合は、200円のキャンセル料が発生します。受付担当者や賞品の数は、イベントの来場者数によって決まります。

Reception Time/Entry Time: 6:30pm – 8:50pm
(Those that attend before 8:50pm are welcome to stay until about 3am without having to pay an extra entry fee.)

8:50pm Collecting Bingo Cards

The name of the people you talk to will be be used as bingo numbers. The bingo winners will announced around 9pm and the music gets turned up after that.
The Bingo game at the international party is a form of Bingo in which names of those who gave positive answers or said “Yes.” to questions are written in the squares. Therefore, it is essential to talk with a lot of people, making it easy to make friends.

10pm The organizer finishes the paperwork for the event and there is a change over with the club owner. The entrance fee is different from about 9:30pm.
*The organizer will finish work around 10pm but participate as a regular guest from then.

【 CANCELLATION FEE 】
If you register to join an event, then can’t come to the event, you must send a message to cancel. If you register then don’t come there will be a 200 yen cancellation fee. There will be no cancellation fee, if you send us a cancellation message before the end of the event. The number of workers and prizes are based on the number of people coming to events.

【 OTHER 】

• International guests may need to show their ID card/passport for a discount. IDs may be checked to stop underage drinking.
  *Basically no smoking or vaping is allowed during the event from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside during this time. From 9:30pm the club is open to regular customers as well.
