This restaurant offers 100% buckwheat soba noodles with a vegan and gluten-free dipping sauce. Each menu item is clearly labeled with allergens. I ordered Lunch Set C (soba noodle set). I asked the waitress to confirm that the salad dressing it came with was gluten-free and it was not, but she was able to substitute it with another dressing she brought over and had me confirm was gluten-free. While my lunch was being made, the waitress came to check that it was okay not to include the Takana topping on my rice since the company that makes it usually includes wheat in their products. When my lunch came, it was really good. The noodles were wonderfully chewy and the dipping sauce was not to salty or sweet. Lohas only serves 10 of this lunch set per day, but if you miss out you can still order a plate of soba without the side dishes. Menu is available in English and Japanese.

The restaurant also has a dry goods grocery section with gluten-free pasta and gluten-free Raw-Bite protein bars.
