Trommel Hall

The hall has a classical design and warm atmosphere. The design originated in the Meiji era. The name of the hall comes from the “trommel-type germination can” a device used to germinate barley by infiltrating it with water, which was installed during the days of the malt factory.
You can get fresh Sapporo draft beer here as well as Hokkaido's famous Genghis Khan, served on a smokeless roaster, allowing diners to enjoy their meal without having to worry about the smell or smoke.
